It apparently was handled all the way through the shipping process with care not a scar, and the work man ship (stitching, reclining mechanisms) all seemed good. Like a good dessert at the end of a meal, they wrapped up our dealings with your company in the best way on a sweet note. We have had the gears for 5 days and just love it! This is the first time I have ordered Used Motorcycle Gear on line and it was a very favor able experience. The people we dealt with on line were knowledge able, perhaps more so than those in the brick and mortar stores we visited. I will say that if we had not been able to "test drive" this furniture in a local store to see if it "fit" us, we would probably not have ordered on line. The co ordination with sales, delivery and us was very good. Very good. We were kept up to date with arrival time and it was accurate. The delivery crew was professional. They arrived on a drizzly day but care was taken to protect the gear.

SO Worth The Wait! And Free Sticky Our Sales Rep Was So Incredibly Helpful, Ask For Her!
1st time buyer but it will not be the last!! The used motor cycle gear we purchased was far more cheaper than our local store, which carried the same exact pieces. Plus our local store wanted us to purchase the used motor cycle gear off of the floor in "AS IS" condition. Only down fall is it takes a while to be delivered, but when I realized we saved so much $$$ it was totally worth it. The delivery men brought it in to our house and set every thing up perfectly. J.
